The company was founded by father and sons Harutunyans in 2002. In the first period the company had retail sale and later it had importing and wholesale sale.

It coorporates with some Ukranic, Turkish, Chinese and Arabic Emirates building companies. The company imports more than 2000 kinds of goods and presents 5000 kinds in its shops.

During its practice every year, the company has had great increase making the commodity circulation and the net of shops more and more large-scaled. It was included in the list of great 300 tax-payers.
